Interesting article on a new start up trying to transform the college tour. Our society craves more personalization and the companies that can capitalize on that have proven to be successful. After reading the article I agree with Jeff and Katy, one of Campus Sherpa's challenges will be quality control. But I think the bigger challenge is that if it proves to be a success, what would stop universities from adapting and offering the same service? Time will tell but definitely something to keep an eye on.
